「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

The view is truly unbelievable. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was amazing, we didn’t even want to leave the room. 「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」

「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」

「房间很小而且布局很简陋、如果这样算四星酒店的话明显是不够的！浴室的玻璃门关不严、洗完澡后淋浴间外面全是水！早餐也比较简陋、水果都是整个没剥开的、如果只想吃一点点就没有可能！停车很方便、而且外面是免费的、门口就有一个加油站！」
