「Worst property to stay because no cleaning inside the room. Even we asked three times for amenities and toiletries. Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. The guy told me to cancel my booking when I reached there. But thanks to Treebo customer care guy who helped me to get my room there . I want an action against there manager he can’t...

「Location and view was nice. Staff attitude, food, WiFi connection and other amenities were pathetic. Room tariff is as per 4 star standards, but quality of service is like 2 star」

The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request.
