The food was another highlight—everything we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. ​The Concern: The only major drawback is that the property is located at a significant height. Since there are only stairs available, it is quite difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues...

"Worst property to stay because no cleaning inside the room. Even we asked three times for amenities and toiletries. Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. The guy told me to cancel my booking when I reached there. But thanks to Treebo customer care guy who helped me to get my room there . I want an action against there manager he can’t...

"Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that...
