"You get what you pay for. The best thing about the Sara Executive Hotel is the staff: helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel is basic. Get a room far from the open stairwell, as noise is channeled from the ground floor front desk and restaurant directly up the stairwell to the guest room floors. The whir of my room's ceiling fan masked some corridor noise, thankfully. A door and carpet in the corridors would reduce the noise. My rudimentary room had no closet, no luggage rack, and there...

The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . "
