"Pleasantly surprised! Not knowing the area the neighborhood didn't look too nice coming in at night so we were a bit hesitant but I'm glad we went in. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was actually really nice. Updated and clean. The shower had great water pressure, not the trickle you get with some. Bed was comfy. Nothing bad to say at all. We plan on making it our pit stop for the night the next time we are driving south."

"Ended up checking in late (1245am) due to an ER visit for my daughter. Had to wait about 15-20mins for someone to appear at front desk - this was after saying hello loudly several times and calling the front desk from the lobby phone. Then our key didnt work for the room. Came down, got another, still didnt work. Third time, front desk person came up and let us in with the master and said to mention it in the morning to the front desk. Alot of help that was since we were only there a night. The breakfast was good and the front desk person was very friendly in the morning."

"clean room everything provided and worked free parking - spaces can be a little tight with suv's but very convenient - door locks and tv's are timed to stop working after midnight hours but front desk can unlock door and tv should restart after a few tries otherwise all works fine - rooms are temp controlled not too loud and seemed quiet for most part can hear doors open and close a little but not much from hallway while sleeping overall great for comfort and price - very good location - clean/quiet - been here many times and plan to return"

"At check-in Michael was very helpful and friendly. He told me about the local area dining which I tried and loved! I wasn’t able to try the breakfast food because I was late and didn’t have time but Tracy who is responsible for stocking and cleaning the area, let me know that this location has full breakfast options daily not just on weekdays. She went above and beyond to help me with a breakfast even though I came as she was closing it down. I appreciate the 24hr coffee as well. My husband and I are definitely going to book when we come back to the area in a few months! Also the cleaning crew came and did a wonderful job each day which is not the usual way for hotels these days and I was impressed with their work."
