Several disturbing visits unannounced by the live-in housekeeper asking personal questions and looking to gossip n challenge this customer's rights to privacy and refund. Fraudulently identification given for the purposes of money refunds n private information. Never asked if anything was needed on the room.」

「Even though the hotel was undergoing some rennovations, we never heard anything. Our room was newly renovated, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub immensely. Definitely will return when visiting the area again. 」
