"Clean room and good breakfast"

"New, clean and helpful staff. Walls and floors are thin. We had to move rooms because kids were running around above us and we could hear them talking. Once we moved to the top floor (at 8:30 pm), we were fine."

"Parking was good. Staff at check-in was very friendly. I would like to give a positive review but was honestly not happy. We had a room that appeared shared and was separated by a thin door. We could hear everything clearly happening in the room next door late into the early morning. Could not sleep. The pillows had a strong odor of a man’s cologne and were not clean. The room overall had a pungent odor. "

"Every single thing they offer was broken or out of order. No indoor pool. No laundry. No fitness center. The hot breakfast that they advertise online and literally on the sign out front of the hotel is simply a waffle maker. Everything else was cold breakfast. Knockoff cheerios and frosted flakes. Yogurt and a bowl full of apples that is it. Every ice machine in the hotel was broken except for the one in the main lobby and because the freezer ice tray was stained yellow I had to walk across the entire hotel just to get ice when I wanted a drink which happened about 5 or 6 times a night for a medium cup. Dirty adult sized handprints on the walls. Broken fridge in the first room. Bloodstain on the pillows. Big yellow stains on the sheets. Hot wings all over the elevator at one point which they just tossed the mat aside and left the hot sauce stains in the elevator. Shampoo and conditioner left from the previous stay half used. I was using this hotel to spend time with my 7 year old son for the weekend due to my living situation right now and I could not be more disappointed that the little bit of time we were able to spend together was in a dirty hotel with literally nothing they offered on the app or on the sign out front. On top of everything they would not issue any type of refund or discount or a free night and Expedia only issued me a $50 credit which isn't even enough to pay for a full night. Do not bring your kids here. Stay away! This place is not worth the $70 a night"

"The room was not very clean . Throw up on curtains. Crack pipe behind bed . Pool was murky Color . I planned to take grandchildren back in the am . Pool was closed that night .Breakfast was horrible very little there.We were there for grand child’s Birthday .High priced for what we experienced.Disappointed in the hot tub very small .No coffee maker in the rm"

"The only 2 problems were: The WiFi only let 1 login for free then you had to pay. Even when the 1 login logged out you could not change the device. And the remote was not programmed properly and the girl at the front desk said she couldn’t fix it because she didn’t know how and it wasn’t worth the trouble because I was only staying 1 night. So I could not change the channel on the TV. Everything thing else was fine."
