I couldn’t tell you how my stay was…I got an email about my check-in experience. I literally put my things in the room and went to grab a beer. The check in was fine…dude was quick and polite…no complaints

The room we stayed in had a foul odor. There was also a blood stain on the sheets of one of the beds. And the air conditioner was covered in mold. So it was a bit uncomfortable. Front desk was very nice though and easy check in and check out.

The room was pretty clean however I had a queen room which was basically a closet turned into a room they need to turn a few of the double rooms into Queen rooms and then it would be excellent. However the staff was friendly and professional don’t have many complaints other than the size of the queen room

Loved it

One of the best hotel staff I’ve ever had encounters with, Bernadette(?) I think that was her name was very welcoming and kind. My only recommendation would be more variety of breakfast options maybe some fruit or a different bagel flavors. I will definitely try to book here for future Ballyhoo! shows.

The staff was great. Check in went great. We were not impressed at all with the room at all. Sink was the height for a child. Floors had cracks in them. It was clean so we will give the staff good job! But we will not be back.
