This was booked thru Expedia. It was paid in full online before arrival. The front desk hostess was completely RUDE. She charged our credit card again for 100.00 and said it would be returned in 3-5 days and it was in the FINE PRINT. I will also file complaint with EXPEDIA. DON'T STAY HERE. There is also no complementary breakfast.

Not happy we weren't informed it was a smoking casino and hotel. I would have asked for a non smoking room had we known. Was not listed on your website.

The property was fine. My problem was with Expedia. Expedia confirmed a reservation at a hotel that was completely booked. The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. I spent over an hour working with Expedia trying to get me a room the Isle. The end result was they had no rooms to give. Expedia took so long to get back to me that we went to another hotel and booked a room without Expedia. Expedia needs to make it easier to talk to a live person. It was over an hour before I was able to get away from the Artificial Intelligence assistant. Disappointing.

It's just a bit older than other hotels. We had a nice stay. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Room was large and clean. No quick meal on premise after 10pm.

Stood in line to check in at 4 PM with several other people. Went to room to find it already occupied!! Embarrassing for both parties. We took our bags & went back down to the lobby, finally got someone’s attention (because we weren’t about to stand in line a second time) we were assigned another room in the opposite tower, which I didn’t originally book, as we wanted a water view, but figured we would be on the floor gambling anyway, so didn’t make a fuss. The room. Ugh. THIS, I should have made a fuss over, but again, my bad, I didn’t. Because we thought we would be gambling the night away we hoped the pet urine odor (or carpet made of moldy towel smell) would fade- it didn’t. We ended up coming back to the room early because our experience in the casino wasn’t as fun as it used to be. No decent bourbon at bar, so I went to the restaurant for a basic bourbon (usually about $25 a BOTTLE) a SINGLE was $17.25. Seriously, airport bar prices. It had been a while since we’ve been to the QC & the Isle & I can say without question, it’s seriously deteriorating. We mistakenly got “breakfast” before we left- I cannot strongly recommend enough to not do this. If you are heading back home in the morning, skip that part If our minds weren’t made up after both of us woke up with headaches from the smell of the room, the absolute filthy, trash laden parking garage was the final straw. It was like each car had emptied their own trash bag – every day for a month.

Great place
We got stranded due to a snow storm so found this hotel on hotels.com. The location was great, the casino didn’t smell like smoke and our room was clean. The staff that works there were amazing and helpful.

I stayed here due to a snowstorm. I was close to work. I used none of the facilities, but the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and they had so many pillows of different densities. I slept like a baby!

We’ve stayed at this hotel/Casino several times and normally have a good stay. Two times now we’ve stayed in the South tower and the fire alarm went off. I’m glad they are working, but once was late at night and the other very early in the morning. If you’re going to stay, I recommend the North Tower.
