"The property is dated and filthy! the housekeeping staff is on site every other day. The pool is not functioning with stagnate water in it. The water in my bathroom tub didn't drain after showering. I was given a non-smoking room that reeked of tobacco smoke due to the carpet throughout the suite. The hallway smelled of a dank water-soaked basement. I noticed a wet - dry vaccume in the hallway. The exercise room had 3 machines only 1 was working the other 2 had broken signs on them. The main...

"The staff at this hotel was phenomenal. However, the hotel has a stench. The first one we were in smelled damp. I looked under the window seal and it was mold. No type of discount for inconvenience. 2nd room bathroom door didn’t close and we seen a giant cockroach. Shower was dingy and mildew on curtains. Breakfast was good. Pool was great for the kids."
