「The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were always very friendly. My room was clean and well stocked with towels and coffee/tea condiments upon my arrival. I wasn’t aware though that I had to request my room to be cleaned on a daily basis. For this reason alone, I’ll think twice before staying again.」

The was a whole in the wall as if someone had punched or kicked the wall in (broken plaster). The exterior entrance room door didnt have a working latch/lock.
