「The 1st was horrible to sleep on a sinkhole in the mattress in room 200. The next evening when we arrived back to the room, I ask if we could get another mattress or switch rooms. She switched with no problems. I did show her the mattress did have a sinkhole in it. 」

「 Very Helpful staff in the building on the grounds were beautiful. The only negative is that we have two dogs and all dogs stay on the third floor. Our dogs not like to use the elevator.」
