"The rooms were great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a little hiccup and they immediately swapped us to a new room. They also gave us breakfast buffet vouchers. There’s a parking garage attached to the place and it’s super easy to park. Overall a great experience. "

"The property was easily accessible and safe. Parking was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Overall, an excellent stay. We had one issue with the cleaning staff. We asked them to clean our room when we left for the day. We returned to the room that evening and nothing had been touched. Not a big deal. We can clean up after ourselves, but expected more."
"Clean building, clean rooms, and very nice staff. Good location in Waltham. Walkable to Moody St that has lots of restaurants. Seems like they have enough parking spots for everyone. Spacious room, and everything was working well in the room. Very helpful manager and I will stay here again when back in Boston. "
