「Staff was friendly Room was clean Location was convenient We will definitely be back 」

「We checked in with our dog who has severe food allergies. She immediately found food under the desk. I tried to pull her back and opened her mouth, but was only able to get a small piece of whatever it was out of her throat. She went crazy sniffing. We've stayed in many pet rooms, but she has never acted so frantic. She then found more food behind the garbage can. I called and spoke with the manager who was super kind and very apologetic. I asked if i could use their vacuum and she brought it to...

「The room itself and the property were clean. The breakfast was out of most things like milk, forks, yogurt, but did have a decent coffee machine. Our room came with shampoo, body wash, and lotion, but we didn't know until we were in the shower, so that was pretty inconvenient. 」

「The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.」
