Nothing felt forced or overly formal; they simply know how to take care of people. "What a gem, this is a beautiful boutique hotel within 15 minutes walking distance to Verona downhill, we taxied back! The hotel does provide a shuttle service twice daily. The views are breathtaking and the staff provide the perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. Breakfast on the veranda was a fabulous start to our day, followed by relaxing at the lovely pool, it was so peacefully quiet, the only noise was from the cicadas. Then to visit town to eat or the opera late afternoon. Especially in the heat of July it really was an idyllic escape. Thank you to all the staff, but especially Valeria, Robert and Nicholas who went out of their way to attend to our every need."
