"The only recommendation is for the Sargassum seaweed to be cleaned off the beach daily. It was piled up quite a bit. Not sure if the hotel would do that or the city of Hollywood, FL."

"I do not recommend sole at all. Rude staff, so many hidden/undisclosed charges. The room was made to look really nice on photos but was completely catfished. There wasn’t even a light in the room it was always so dark. Honestly if you're looking to save a little by coming here it is not worth it. Spend the extra $1000 and go somewhere better, you will end up paying it in hidden fees not to mention them charging $45 a day for parking. Also, we didn't even receive the room that we chose, my wife and i wanted a city view but they felt like putting us in a partial ocean view with an ugly building right across the balcony. Sorry not sorry"

"The staff is great. They work hard and have a great attitude. They need to do more to make the elevators work better and they were a little inconsistent with cleaning up the room on a regular schedule. We have stayed here 10 times over the last 3 years and we will be back."
