「Le soucis n’est pas la chambre, c’est la publicité mensongère. Je venais pour mon anniversaire de mariage en pensant profiter du spa, sauf que le spa n’est pas du coup inclus dans le tarif de la chambre (sur votre site ce n’est écrit nul part!) on demande comment faire pour y aller quand même et là on nous dit que tout est déjà réservé. Personne ne nous a prévenu. Il y a une piscine extérieur couverte, on demande donc si on peut y aller, on nous dit que non car elle n’est pas chauffée… payer...

「Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Prima hotel als je voor een goede prijs kiest. Hotel is wat verouderd, rook niet overal superfris, de kamers waren wat sfeerloos en gedateerd en we hadden geen douche (ook in het bad douchen was niet mogelijk). Pluspunten: ruime kamer, bedden sliepen lekker, verduisterende gordijnen, airco, laadpaal, prima ontbijt (niet echt een buffet). Verder ligt het hotel afgelegen, wel voldoende parkeerplek.」

「Staff were very pleasant. Dinner was ok. Breakfast . Very disappointing and over priced. Little choice , scrambled eggs were uninviting, bacon swimming in oil, no fruit on offer, only croissants and bread rolls with limited ham and cheese, packets of cereal and limited jams and yogurt. Orange juice was good , we were not offered a second cup of coffee. To sum up give breakfast miss and find a local bakery.」

「Super vriendelijk onthaal, persoonlijke touch op de kamer. Je voelt je echt welkom. Wellness inbegrepen in de kamerprijs en tiptop in orde. Buiten- en binnenzwembad. Zeer mooie kamers. Gewoon top !」

「Vi bodde 3 netter på Hof Van Stayen. Her er det gode muligheter for å bade, slappe av og bruke ulike aktiviteter. Vi savnet AC. Merk at det er forskjell på Hof Van Stayen og Hotel Stayen. Godt vedlikeholdt, rent og pent. Veldig store rom! Vi bodde her for å se på F1 på Spa, og det tok litt over en time å kjøre til banen. 」

「Such a wonderful hotel!! Staff were outstanding, patio restaurant was excellent, location was ideal! Needed special parking and we were give a great spot! With the hot weather the a/c created condensation on the floors which made it slippery but other that this it was perfect!」

「REtaurante cerrado el dia de mi llegada, por descanso y la falta de otros restaurantes en las cercanias. Problema con la ducha, arreglado con unas toallas y una escalera muy estrecha para subir con una maleta. Muy buen diseño, pero le falta mas practicidad」

「This hotel provides a good stay but there is nothing fancy about it. I had issues with my toilet and was able to change rooms. The breakfast is okay. More attention could be paid to keeping the warm food warm. If you choose not to get housekeeping service you get a 5 euro gift card. That was a nice bonus and over 6 days I got one every day. You can redeem them for candy chips water or soda I also appreciated the water available in the lobby to fill my water bottle.」

「Everything about this stay was perfect. The staff was very helpful and personable. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Tongeren is a lovely, quiet town. A terrific stay.」
