「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「This was probably the most unique place I’ve stayed in Philly. It’s no joke that finding the entrance may take a few minutes. Once inside it has a great atmosphere with nice views looking west toward University City across the river. The gym and spa options were wonderful . If I lived in Philly I’d be a Club member.
The room was nice, although I could have done without the giant window to the shower and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. Thanks for an easy stay!」
