「Booked it ahead of time checked in went to room pee on the toilet seat poop in the bowl the Jacuzzi knobs were slimy the bed had huge lumps in the mattress with stains on the bedspread and a 2by4 holding up the AC unit nothing matched in the entire room that was all we needed to see walked out and drove home obviously the room was never cleaned do not stay here」

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「The staff was so helpful and attentive. They were super friendly and informative. The property is gorgeous. Everything was just what i imagined. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the garden sooo sooo much. I could literally live there. Absolutely visiting again. 10/10」
