The site was centrally located making public transport a great choice to get around the city. There was no challenges following the online instructions to be able to check-in and the room was clean and comfortable.

The first room that I was in had so much mold that I had to keep the bathroom door closed and run in while holding my breath to use the washroom. The mold was so bad that it didn't matter if the door was closed, my body was reacting so badly to this. I tried messaging the host MULTIPLE times but never got no response. I had to reach out to Expedia then I received an email saying the property will change you rooms. The receptionist took me into 3 different rooms which ALL still had mold so I had no choice but to choose the one with the least amount. I tried my best to avoid the bathroom but I had to shower at one point and wash my hair.. I go to turn on the shower and it DOESN'T WORK!!!!! little droplets of water came out which went from scorching hot to freezing cold. Once again, I reached out to the property and never got a response. The lights flickered, there was no toiletries, and I even had to go to the store to buy toilet paper because they didn't leave me enough. Needless to say this place was an absolute NIGHTMARE from the very first day to the last. Expedia tried to reach out to them in hopes of getting me a refund so I could go elsewhere but the property refused and Expedia did not help any further. This makes me never want to book another listing through Expedia, knowing these are the properties they have listed and are not willing to compensate or help in any way. It won't let me post the videos of the shower and the lights flickering but I have them.

This is a great new build and steps away from the metro . The room was spotless. It's also a two minute walk to the supermarket. The only downside is that it's a half hour walk from the leafy suburb of Prenzlauer Berg and is located more in an area of new builds.

Die Location ist sehr bequem, gleich daneben ist eine S-Bahn und eine Tram Station. Es gibt auch genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, z.B. Rewe, Netto, Kaufland... Es ist aber nicht so eine nette Nachbarschaft mit netten Restaurants oder Cafés. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es aber das richtige. Man kann gleich vor dem Gebäude auf der Straße kostenlos parken und wir hatten das Glück ein Platz zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Gänge außerhalb und um die Rezeption war wegen Bauarbeiten ziemlich dreckig. Das Zimmer war relativ bequem, nur das Bett könnte etwas größer sein. Ich schätze das Bett war 120-125cm breit. Sonst war alles okay. Unser Zimmer hatte Fenster zu S-Bahn und das war sehr laut also musstem die Fenster zu bleiben. Das Personal war nett und hilfreich. Währendessen wir dort waren gab's Renovierungsarbeiten und das war tagsüber inkl Samstag bis so 18 Uhr sehr laut und störend.

Der kontaktlose Check-in verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Lage nahe der S-Bahn Landsberger Allee ist verkehrstechnisch günstig, allerdings kann es durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Velodrom bei Veranstaltungen zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung kommen. Das Apartment selbst wirkte deutlich abgewohnter und ungemütlicher als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Besonders das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig: Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche, stark verschmutzte Bodenfugen und Staub auf den Fußbodenleisten trübten den Gesamteindruck. Zudem fehlten grundlegende Hygieneartikel wie Shampoo oder Duschgel – für ein Serviced Apartment eher enttäuschend. Das Bett war bequem, allerdings sind die Kissen eine Zumutung: völlig durchgelegen und viel zu dünn. Die Belüftung des Zimmers ist mäßig, weshalb man auf das Öffnen der Fenster angewiesen ist – was wiederum durch Lärm von draußen stört. Insgesamt ist das Apartment funktional, aber nicht besonders einladend. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat, findet hier eine solide Unterkunft. Dennoch gibt es im Umkreis – etwa am Ostkreuz – deutlich modernere und gepflegtere Alternativen mit ähnlichem Preisniveau.

Behageligt og praktisk

Køkkenet har de fleste ting, man har brug for og badeværelset er fint. Det ville være rart med rengøring lidt oftere end en gang om ugen, når man har syv overnatninger, men man har mulighed for selv at hente en støvsuger i rengøringsrummet. Området hvor Smartments ligger er kedeligt, men der er heldigvis mange transportmuligheder i nærheden og også flere supermarkeder.

Kurztrip nach Berlin

Es war gut gelegen zum Sportstadion und Nähe zu S-Bahn und Tram. Bett etwas schmal durchgelegen. Unkompliziert zum Check-In und Check-out. Einfache aber genügende Küchenzeile.

Gute Anbindung an die ÖV. Unkomplizierter Check in. Dusche muss unbedingt einer gründlichen Reinigung unterzogen werden. Das hat schon was Ekliges und ist in der heutigen Zeit und den verfügbaren Putzmitteln völlig ungerechtfertigt.

다음에도 이용할거임

숙소가 가격대비 모든게 완벽합니다. 거리가 조금 먼것을 제외하면 숙소는 정말 다 좋았어요. 4박을했는데 중간에 청소를 못하는 단점이있지만 룸컨디션이 굉장히 좋았어요. 관광지를 가려면 지하철이나 버스,트램같은걸 30-40분 이용해야돼요. 그것만빼면 완벽합니다.

Had a wonderful stay at Smartments Prenzlauer Berg. Facility is modern, clean and located adjacent to the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station - making transportation super convenient. There is a large grocery store within a block. There is a Doner restaurant that is open 24 hours (as of Sept 2024) next to the apartment complex. Room equipped with small refrigerator. Bed low but comfy. No air conditioning but did not need in September. Fan in room - which would definitely need in summer month. Occasionally hear trains since train station virtually next door but noise not bothersome. Easy and quick train commute to Berlin attractions such as Brandenburg Gate, etc. Highly recommend this apartment hotel and will gladly stay here again.
