Really lovely property in a good area. Variety of shops within easy walking distance. Great communication and self check in available. Great room and very clean. Will definitely be staying here when I'm in Berlin again next year!

Great location and easy check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to do laundry using the app. Walkable to many of the main sites, some great neighborhood restaurants. Easy access to transit and the 24 h day pass was easy to download and use.

Berlin Stay

Smaller than I had anticipated but clean and compact. It was quiet apart from the building work going on outside during the daytime but not really a problem as I was out for most of the day. The bed was comfortable and kitchen area had everything I needed. Loved the tiny dishwasher.

Location is great, really handy for Kreuzberg and Bergmannkiez which has great bars, restaurants and cafes. Also perfectly placed for the U-Bahn to connect to wherever you might want to go! Apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, and given it’s location super quiet. Would definitely come back!

Stayed in Berlin for a week and Nena Apartments became a real home. There were some repairs in the laundry room (which we ended up not using after all). No bath tub and no fitted sheets were mildly inconvenient. An instruction how to operate the stove would be helpful, I had to go to ask front desk to help me figure it out

Nice appartment in a good area. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any email prior to arrival regarding how to get in to the building, so it was stressful when the door was locked and nobody answered the phone. Luckily the phone was answered at our second call and we were guided on how to get in.

Tho I contacted them 2 weeks prior arrival about wanting separate double bed, yet upon arrival as if nothing happened and they ended giving us mobile bed which was way far from comfortable. The neighborhood is decent, many shops are close.

We stayed for 10 days and they never clean or changed linens nor towels even we asked it for. The staff is not friendly and the room was Not confortable, terrible pillows , no AC and no place to put you clothes. For long stays that’s not convenient

Almost excellent but....

The place was nice and cozy. Location pretty good, short distancies from Nena's apart by u bahn, buses, train taxis. Beatifulbview from the 7th floor...However, none of them went to my apart for cleaning It up. Dish washer and microwave were so dirty,then I DECIDED not to prepare food there, It would have been able to save money as I would have been eating. And the vending machine didn''t work well on my. Diese Unterkunft hat keine Klima , das Zimmer heizt sich leider doch sehr auf. Alles in allem Haben wir uns wohl gefühlt , die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett . Das Zimmer im vierten Stock hatte keine Klimaanlage. Fenster aufmachen geht auch nicht, weil eine stark befahrene Straße direkt vor der Tür ist. Das Zimmer war an vielen Stellen schmutzig und nicht richtig gereinigt.

Nena apartments are a low cost means to an end. They offer a quiet place to sleep which is generally fairly clean and comfortable. Bedding is basic but acceptable. The kitchenette had the things you needed. The bathroom had an odd smell but I think that was the body wash they provided you with - similar to a coal tar/smoke smell. An in-room safe would be a plus.
