Kom 2.5 time før man normalt kunne tjekke ind. Men vi fik med det samme adgang til vores lækre værelse. Rent, pænt og velholdt. Personalet var søde og flinke og morgenmaden var god.

Vorab, in diesem Hotel würde ich nicht noch einmal übernachten. Es gab zwei Aufzüge. Einer fuhr normalerweise vom Eingangsbereich ohne Halt in die 7. Etage zur Rezeption. In 4 Tagen Aufenthalt konnten wir diesen Aufzug nur einmalig nutzen. Ansonsten war er defekt. Es gab noch einen weiteren Aufzug für in die Geschosse 1-7 zu gelangen. Heißt, mit Koffern am Anreisetag erstmal bis in die 1. Etage tragen und dann erst in den Aufzug. Das gleiche auch am Abreisetag. Das Personal am Empfang hatte nicht wirklich Ahnung. Eine Aufklärung über die Aufzüge haben wir nicht erhalten. Das findet man alles selbst heraus. Die Zimmer sind alt waren aber bei Ankunft sauber. Am 3. Tag haben wir ein Schild rausgehangen, mit der Bitte das Zimmer zu säubern. Neue Handtücher haben wir bekommen, auch über die Armaturen vom Bad hat man gewischt. Allerdings hat man wohl keine Notwendigkeit gesehen, auch den Boden zu reinigen. Hier lagen noch Haare und das waren nicht wenige. Das Frühstück war okay aber meiner Meinung nach nicht vergleichbar mit anderen 4 Sterne Hotels. Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt. Leider kann ich das nicht genauer beschreiben.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht in dem Zustand, wie man es erwarten würde. Die Matratze rutschte weg und die Steckdosen funktionierten nicht alle. Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt so, dass ich für das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel gebucht hatte.

Hauptkritikpunkt ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage. Im Sommer heitzt sich das Zimmer wahnsinnig auf. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist augrund der auch nachts durchgehenden Geräuschkulisse nur schwer möglich.

入口がわかりずらく、マックの横のドアを勇気を持って入ってフロントのある７階まで上がっていくエレベータを発見できます。看板もエレベータも表示があるので、見過ごさなければ発見できます（滞在中に２組の旅行者が入口で迷ってて案内しました）。宿泊部屋にいくにも7階フロントを必ず通るので、エレベータで他のお客さんと、フロントでお兄ちゃんとコミュニケーションが毎回取れます。部屋設備はちょっと古いですが、広さも十分あり、立地を考えてもコスパがいいホテルです。

Rolige omgivelser, central og bekvem beliggenhed

U-bahn, S-bahn og parkeringshus lige uden for døren. Reception og morgenmadsrestaturant med udsigt over byen. Livlligt kvarter med mange spisesteder (streetfood, italiensk og østerlandsk) og cafeer. Gåafstand til Deutsche Oper. Ok morgenbuffet - har tidligere været mere omfangsrig men til gengæld er prisen sat ned i forhold til tidligere. Yderst behageligt og venligt personale.

Super god belligenhed

Fantastisk beliggenhed, man kan gå til de fleste steder, ellers ligger U-bahn lige ved døren. Check-in lidt ligegyldig, personalet var meget lidt arrangeret og sagde direkte at de var trætte, da de havde haft en stor gruppe check-in Bartender om aften utrolig venlig og serviceminded Vi vil til en hver tid anbefale dette hotel. Det er P - hus lige overfor. Vi gav 20 euro pr. døgn . Vi fik ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men spiste i byen.
