Stay here if you go to Berlin. It's VERY central within the loop and near Alexanderplatz. I walked everywhere and loved where I was. Transportation was also QUITE easy.

Disappointed in the service.

This is an old but large unique layout of space. The frosted glass shower is seen from the living room. You must walk across this to get your towel. The main sink drain with no mirror was dripping the 3 days we were there. We put towels and cups under it. We didn’t get our towels replaced the first 2 days. The bathroom area is VERY small. No place to put toiletries. The room opens to the street. No breakfast.

A nice hotel, but....

A nice holiday, but.... We were upgraded from a room to a suite, which obviously was great. So we had a positive first impression. The suite was nice and clean. But... When we needed help from the staff, we went to the reception. The receptionist was sitting with his feet on the table, and he didn't take them down, when we came in, or when we were talking. He was basically just rude and had an attitude signaling that we were wasting his time. At the end of our stay, when we wanted to check out, there was noone in the reception, even though it was in the opening hours. We called the 24-hour phone number to the staff, but noone answered. We asked the staff in the café next door, if they knew how to get in touch with the staff, and a helpful waiter called the hotel number on his phone. Still no answer. We had to go, so the waiter offered us to take the key and hand it over to the hotel, when the staff was there. If it weren't for the upgrade, we would have given a more negative review.

Great service and Stay.

Really great stay at Hotel Adele, easy check in and the staff was excellent at sending details and service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Berlin. The location is close to a lot of great experience and historical places in the city.

The hotel is a little hard to find because the sign is small but it is worth the search. Our room was huge and very clean. We would stay there again. Tip: There is not a 24 hour reception desk. Check your email for after hour check in directions. This wasn't a hardship or deterrent, just a head's up

Never saw any staff, hotel is not as advertised, room was bare, toilettries not as advertised, noisy neighbours early in the morning clearing bins and bottles, shouting in the courtyard, no waters in the room, definitely worth the price.

Filthy rooms and non-existent service and communication from the hotel staff. Can't recommend this place to anyone. There are way better hotels in Berlin at this price range.

We stayed in the 15 wine suite with our family of 4. The shower offers zero privacy as its in the middle of room with clear glass,very strange. The reception closes a 3pm so we had to get key from dropbox and walk to room in the rain as the wine suite has door that opens to the street. At night a few guys sat on the window bench outside the room and talked until 2am. There isnt much around this hotel so it is not a great place to walk around unless you walk for over 10-20 minutes. The reception desk was so rude to the woman in front of me that was locked out of her room and the only employee offered zero assistance and seemed to delight in being rude to her. There was a lot of loud noise from the courtyard starting at 6am, not sure wth that was. The floor of our wine "suite" was basically the outside cobblestones so you need to wear shoes inside as it is dirty like the street outside.I do not recommend staying here.

Total niedliches und ruhiges Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar ein Wasserkocher. Vom Alex sehr gut zu erreichen. Der späte Self-Check-In hat auch super geklappt. Ich komme gerne wieder. Danke. 👍👍👍

A localização é ótima! O tran dá fácil acesso ao centro comercial e passa em uma frequencia ótima. O quarto espaçoso, porém não tem ar condicionado e nos hospedamos em Berlin em um dia bem quente! Não há elevadores, mas o hotel tem um bom custo benefício!

Als wir da ankamen, war die Rezeption überhaupt nicht besetzt und auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht. Wir haben dann die Nummer angerufen die an der Tür stand und uns wurde ein Code gesagt, das wir zur Tür rein kommen. Der Schlüssel war in einer Box hinterlegt, wo ihn jeder hätte raus nehmen können. Auch der Check out lief über die box. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Einrichtung ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und vom Personal haben wir nie jemanden zu Gesicht bekommen. Wir waren hauptsächlich nur zum schlafen da und dafür hat es gereicht.

Bis auf defekte/verkalkte Regenduschkopf und duschbrause , so wie steckdosen die leider an etwas unglückliche stellen liegen, und persönlich mit Höhe der kopfkissen nicht zufrieden gewesen, fand ich den rest gut.

DYRT i forhold til Standard!

Vi fik først et meget lille mørkt nusset værelse mod gården. Meget kalk på fliser og armatur, og trægulv trængte hårdt til vask eller slipning. 1250 kr uden morgenmad 😟. Vi var skuffede! Næste dag gjorde vi opmærksom og blev flyttet uden betaling til et andet værelse.

Auf den Fotos im Internet sah das aus wie sone Art Ferienwohnung . In Wirklichkeit stolpert man wenn man die Tür öffnet fast ins 1 Bett. Es ist aber kein normales Bett sondern zwei Feldbetten bzw. Klappbetten. Es gibt in diesem Raum nur 2 Türen und zwar die Toiletten Tür und die Eingangstür. Die Dusche ist mitten im Raum und noch nichtmal mit Duschvorhang zwar mit Milchglas aber trotzdem nicht sehr angenehm wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs. Zudem war sie komplett verkalkt und verschimmelt.Es war überall ziemlich staubig und die Wände waren teils beschmiert. Allgemein lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Dann haben wir die Probleme beim Check in angesprochen. Der Rezeptionist kam und sah sich die Probleme an und meinte er schicke sofort jemanden der sich das ansieht und behebt. Als wir abends wieder kamen war alles beim alten. Die Dusche war immernoch verkalkt und teils verschimmelt.

Hotel con buona camera confortevole. Scegliere camere con affaccio sulla strada in quanto con l'affaccio sul cortile interno talvolta arrivano rumori molesti di abitanti del quartiere. Orario reception scomodo (dalle 9.00 alle 18.00).
