The staff were very friendly and helpful. Access to public transportation was right across the street. Bus 744 drives to the S-Bahn station where one can ride into Berlin.

The Staff was excellent and very helpful and the food at breakfast and the restaurant were also. The Bus 744 picks up and drops off right across from the property. 3 stops to the S-Bahn station and then easy access to Berlin. I personally love not having to drive a car and this made it all too easy. One can't hear all of the noise from the airport, which was also nice. However, the location of a trucking company nearby has transports passing by all the time. Not nearly as noisy as staying in Berlin. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great deal with great food and friendly staff.

Nice Hotel but queue times were very long
The check in was quick and friendly. Had a quiet room as requested and the room itself was nice. Climate control is good to make the room cool at night as I like it American style cool to sleep. However, no amenities are included in the bathroom you must go yourself to front desk for literally anything such as shower caps. The large shampoo holder bottle in the shower was completely empty this was very poor of the hotel. Checkout took about 20 minutes as only 1 person was at the desk with 8 people in line. The hotel seems under staffed for the amount of guests and collecting my bag later for my flight took another 15 minutes due to lack of customer facing staff at front desks.

Lovely hotel - quiet, comfortable, pleasant staff. Location was less than stellar. Although very close to the airport, there is no convenient way to access the terminals without nearly a mile of walking to be public transit or an hourly paid shuttle (which is inconvenient and pricey when traveling with a family).

It's a pleasant hotel with super friendly and professional personnel. We stayed two nights, because we chose to do Berlin on the last day of our stay in Europe before returning to the US. If you are without a vehicle, it may not be the right location when visiting Berlin for more than a day as the hotel is about 40 min by S-Bahn from downtown Berlin. We stayed at this hotel back in 2017/2018. When taking the hotel shuttle to the airport, be prepared to pay 9 Euros per person in your party. I do not recall having read about the shuttle charge but I do understand why they are charging, as Terminals 1 & 2 at Schoenefeld Airport are not close by. Definitely will use this hotel again when travelling back to Berlin.

An important part of a hotel stay is having a decent pillow. This hotel does not have that. 300 euros for a one night stay and they still charge 9 euros per person for the shuttle service to the airport. Don’t stay here. There are many other hotels in the area.

I had no problems with this hotel, it was great, but the website didn't do it justice. For instance there didn't appear to be any mention of the restaurant for evening meals. The breakfast was very good.

There was no food except terrible old sandwiches to buy when I arrived at 22:00. Brandenburg airport food was also closed and there is no food nearby, the hotel concierge did not suggest any food. That is a true FAIL The shower didn't turn on so I had to use the bathtub. I greatly prefer to use a shower but the button which one moves to release the shower head was somehow so stuck I couldn't get it to move. That was also a FAIL I would have asked for a different room but I was so tired and by then was 23:30.
