Good location, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast
I would stay here again. Very quiet in the room. Firm bed but comfortable. Could have done with more tea/coffee/milk. Breakfast choice was good and plentiful. Location by Mercedes Benz arena was ideal for a gig. East side gallery right outside. Bus stops very nearby and a few mins walk to two train stations.

Staff are SUPER helpful
We had a bunch of things arriving to the hotel before arrival. Staff dealt with it brilliantly and were very helpful. Comfy beds. Pillows better than most German hotels!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close to restaurants and bars, and the hotel bar was nice. River and stretch of the wall across the street.

Was a good experience for most part staff was kind and breakfast was excellent. Great location with beautiful view of berlin wall and walking distance of train stations. The plaza and mall next to hotel had excellent food and shopping options. Overall had a great time in berlin and a mostly hassle free hotel. Had some trouble with cleaning staff forgetting to clean after we asked them to comeback later due to some late starts on our part.

This was our second time at the Hampton Inn ESG, and it was every bit as good as the first. Super swift check-in, and contactless check-out. The rooms, lobby, reception, dining room, and toilets were all spotless. Great choice of hot and cold breakfast items, with generous breakfast window of 6am-10am. Less than 10 min walk to either Ostbahnof, or Warschauerstraße for transport links. Another fabulous stay. If we return to Berlin in the future, we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

+ very nice and friendly reception staff + Amazing breakfast, you could find whatever you want for breakfast + Great location, very safe, close to shopping center, a lot of restaurants nearby. Near subway - the shower was bad, all toilet gets wet and full of water after you use shower, small glass door can be change, or make a bath tube at least - clening staff can do a better job, our room was dirty and full of garbege when we checked in and they gave us another room. - I thing they just make bed and towels( I hope they do). - when we arrived. The water outlet in the bathroom was blocked and the water was collecting. We called the reception to come and clean it - very expensive parking garage with no electric charging possibilities

A thoroughly great stay!
Conveniently located, professional, yet friendly staff, clean, quiet and great breakfast. I would just include a few more vegetarian options such as fried tomatoes, mushrooms and fried eggs. Staff also volunteered additional info, (not related to the hotel), but because it was useful to know. The surrounding is a tourist attraction in itself, with the East Side Gallery, proximity to the river and boat cruises, Mercedes Benz Arena, lots of restaurants, a shopping centre and much more. I would most definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Great stay and super facilities
This is my 4th trip to Berlin in the past year and first time at Hampton by Hilton at this location. It's the best by far of all the hotels I've stayed in and now will be my preferred location for future visits for business (and non business). Great location right in front of the water and historical view on the wall.

Nice hotel very near the Arena where we needed to be for a concert. Unfortunately our shower could not be height adjusted as stuck. The breakfast was very good but hot plates would have been nice. Generally excellent, all staff very helpful and friendly.

Very clean Hotel, with excellent location, near to transport links. All staff were friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of hot and cold items. It would have been nice to have a minibar in the room or at least water provided, but these are more a recommendation rather than a complaint. We enjoyed our stay here, and would happily revisit.

Very good location Facing Berlin wall and very close to the city center for the east of Berlin. The room is very neat but it’s very small too. In general its nice hotel.
