Comfortable one night stay

Excellent small hotel with clean modern rooms and very friendly staff. Nice European breakfast (meats, eggs, rolls, yogurt, etc.). On a quiet street. Easy to find parking in front of hotel. A little bit of train noise behind hotel, but not bad.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage

Erfrischende Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksservice. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Kostenfreie Parkplätze. Bad und Zimmer sauber, allerdings Fensterbereich sanierungsbedürftig. Guter Schlafkomfort. Kein Aufzug. Empfindliche Menschen können sich durch die direkt hinter dem Haus vorbeiführende Bahnlinie gestört fühlen.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit freundlichem Service. Auch in Corona-Zeiten bekommt man ein gutes Frühstück. Auf Extra-wünsche wird flexibel reagiert. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber völlig ausreichend um dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die an beiden Tagen anwesende Angestellte hat uns prima betreut, informiert und versorgt. Die fehlende Sauberkeit sei dem Mangel an weiterem Personal geschuldet. Daher akzeptabel, aber erst nach nochmaliger Prüfung zu empfehlen.

Nette Unterkunft in verkehrsgünstiger Lage, um Umland zu erkunden oder Zwischenstop einzulegen. Direkte Bahnanbindung in der Nähe. Service war hervorragend, ebenso das Frühstück. Zimmer einfach und gepflegt mit guten Betten.

Rezeption leider nur bis 20.00 besetzt. Gastronomie (wegen Corona) war leider auch nicht mehr geöffnet. Ein Automat für Kalt- oder Heißgetränke wäre schön gewesen, da im Ort Groß-Kreutz nach 21.00 leider nichts mehr geöffnet ist/war.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. In den Zimmern war es sehr warm. Ein Ventilator hätte geholfen. Abendessen war sehr lecker, wenn auch nur eine kleine aber feine Abendkarte vorhanden war. Zum Frühstück war alles vorhanden und liebevoll angerichtet. Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Toll ist der kostenlose Parkplatz und gute Anbindung zur Bahn. Man kamn das Auto am Hotel stehrn lassen ubd die Umgebung Potsdam Berlin mit der Bahn erkunden

Die Betten waren leider zu weich und zu tief -für den Rücken eher schlecht. Leider befanden sich auch diverse Haare in den frisch gemachten Betten. Die Bahn verläuft gleich 10 Meter hinter dem Hotel. Frühstück war prima, ebenfalls die Lage / Verkehrsanbindung zwischen Potsdam du Brandenburg. Zimmer geräumig und hell eingerichtet, Bad absolut ausreichend. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Kurzurlaub durchaus prima - außer die Betten!

Freundliches Hotel

Der Empfang im Hotel war gleich sehr herzlich. Man hat uns alles gezeigt und wir wurden gefragt, wann wir denn Frühstücken wollen. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam, das Frühstück war super mit allem was man sich denken kann und es wird immer frisch nachgelegt. Abendessen war ebenfalls möglich - gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Eine Servicekraft wäre empfehlenswert um die Wartezeiten zu verkürzen. Leider mussten wir nach der 1.Nacht unser Zimmer wecheln, da die Beleuchtung im Bad defekt war. Außerdem ließ auch der Reinigungszustand des gesamten Zimmers zu wünschen übrig. Mit dem neuen Zimmer waren wir zufrieden. Der W-LAN-Empfang in den Zimmern war nur mäßig bis gar nicht möglich. In der Nähe der Lobby gab es vollen Empfang. Ansonsten ein ruhiges Hotel, trotz der Bahnschienen. Von den Zügen war nachts kaum etwas zu hören, da unsere Zimmer zur anderen Seite abgingen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend,Frühstück war gut. Ein großer Mangel war, das beim Abendessen, welches gut war aber es zu wenig abwechsende Angebote gab, im Restaurant nur 1 Person für Bedienung, Küche und Anmeldung anwesend war. Getränke wurden uns erst nach 30 Minuten und das Essen nach 70 Minuten serviert. Die Bedienung gab sich wirklich große Mühe aber da sie alleine war, ging es einfach nicht schneller. Wenn mehere Gäste da sind, sollte man unbedingt noch eine 2.Person mit bereit stellen.
