Basic hotel

The accommodation is called a hotel but it is more like a hostel. The beds were very basic and every time you turned over you could hear the springs. The room was very dated and unattractive. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, can be quite unfriendly, careless, and unhelpful. I thought it was just with me, but it wasn't. I saw her talking to four more guests, and she was just as rude to them too. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned after until 3:45pm, and the floor was pretty dirty. The only good thing is the transportation options available. It's fine if you're just looking for something to sleep in.

We ended up with a strange bunk bed room (sold as some kind of family room/room that sleeps more than two) that had no tables or chairs and laminated floors. Lockers were in there so clearly not a normal guest room but several were damaged. Lamps at most beds were not working which was awkward. Floor under the beds hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Bathroom had soap dispensers not wall mounted but just lying around. Old toilet paper roll was behind the door. Not impressed. Oh and there was a 3 inch hole in the middle of the floor in the room that was taped over with clear tape. When we got there, the card reader machine was also broken so we didn’t even get a key card but the staff went to let us in. Wut?

Wir haben als Familie ein vierbetzimmer gebucht mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Hochbett , haben aber ein Zimmer mit drei Hochbetten für 6 personen. Zimmerservice gebeten , aber nicht erhalten.Rundum des Hotels liegt Müll.Keiner spricht deutsch. Im großen und ganzen nur die Betten waren bequem , Heizung und Warmwasser war vorhanden. Ich würde nicht nochmal dort übernachten,

Unser Aufenthalt war leider mit mehreren Problemen verbunden. In der ersten Nacht war die Heizung defekt, obwohl draußen starker Frost herrschte. Nachts wurde uns an der Rezeption keine Lösung angeboten, sodass wir im kalten Zimmer schlafen mussten. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel gab es erneut Schwierigkeiten: Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte nachts nicht, und wir hatten über eine Stunde keinen Zugang zum Zimmer. Entsprechend wenig Schlaf. Beim Check-out wurden vorherige Zusagen des Personals (kostenfreies Parken und Erstattung des Frühstücks) nicht eingehalten. Insgesamt sehr unprofessioneller Umgang mit berechtigten Beschwerden.
