"Good location. Parking doesn't come with your room. Never had to pay for parking for hotel. Should be included with your stay. Roughly little over $10 a night. Definitely will be looking somewhere else next year."

"Second time staying at Carousel, the staff was still friendly and helpful and the lobby was nice. The room was a bit different; last year I was on the the third floor, the room was nice and clean. This year, fourth floor: bathroom floor was crusty, shower floor was yellowed, there was a hole beside the bathroom door with a few spiders hanging around, and all the towels we had were stained with yellow patches or small red spots. I understand that the hotels at OC have been around for awhile and it's costly to fix up spots or replace linen so there isn't much to say. Carousel's pool and hot tub were still really nice and the beach access as well. The cleanliness of the bathroom, towels, and sheets on the bed is just what urked me a bit. I feel like stains, especially yellow and red on both towels and sheets, should just be replaced or maybe at least bleached to try and remove the spots. It just looks really dirty and with newbunknown sickness floating around, it can definitely make a guest uncomfortable."

"Loved the pool & splash area. The rooms were clean for the most part but my toddler found a used straw somewhere in the room. Did not like the shower. Breakfast options were decent. Good location & an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of parking."

"The room was clean and provided the extra packages that were purchased which included Prosecco & fudge from a local shop. It was nice of the hotel to offer these gifts before check in. Breakfast was included and offered both cold & hot options that were perfect for my family. The staff at the front desk, the dining room, and housekeeping were all so delightful and helpful. We would definitely go back again. Thank you!"

"Our last stay wasn't that great and we we're dissapointed. The room had a smell to it. No shower pressure at all. The bed oh my gosh the bed. Ugh, It literally had a dent in it and no support. It felt like the foundation fell through. Just to name a few things. We usually have a pretty good time here but it almost feels like they are falling into the same category as the other hotels nearby. But at this price point I except a little more.."

"I did not like position of room when I booked a sea front rooom I did not think I would be put in a room on the first floor looking over the bar , web site very deceptive, the bar that was to stay open until 10 pm closed at 8.30 .was told due to not enough customers that is what I call deceiving guests"
