We liked the location, the staff was very nice and the size wasbperfect for the 4 of us. The property is out dated. No dishwasher or kerig, but other than that we enjoyed ourselves

I will start with the positive: Friendly staff Clean Pretty well stock kitchen Upgraded shower stall Comfortable mattresses Good climate control Updated paint and carpet Close to boardwalk and beach Cons Decor very outdated No coffee table or vanity in bathroom- just an old wooden balky table that was too heavy Old bathroom fixtures except shower Not enough towels staff not in office during the day Microwave looked liked it had caught on fire more than once, old toaster, no kitchen linens or extra trash bags Terrible WiFi Linens had stains Tight parking only one parking pass but there was plenty of street parking

Location- good. Size -good. Cleanliness - good. But- communication was problematic. The hours of the front desk are few and the phone number provided was specified for "emergencies only" - so if you have a non-emergency issue - you're on your own? ? ? The internet was not working at all in our unit so we couldn't use the tv - an issue in the evenings and with our 5 year old. Hot spotting didn't work either. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone in the office - the response was underwhelming. Others talked about how nice the staff was - not my experience at all. The girl blew me off essentially- I had to refuse to go away until she texted a manager, she basically was like I don't know, I can't do anything, maintenance can't fix it, and when I said I paid for a unit with Internet and a tv I can use, and how that's standard, she blew me off like "yeah, maybe, I guess." Manager messaged her that it's a router problem and I couldn't use the tv or get reliable internet and they didn't know when it would be fixed. Could have mentioned this when I checked in. I asked to be compensated in some way for not getting what I paid for and still no response. So, if all goes well, and no issues, good place to stay, but if you have an issues, good luck - management is absent and seems uninterested in helping you make it right. Not exactly the hospitality I was expecting.

Everything was great. But apt 2 needs a dehumidifier. The room is beginning to smell like mildew. And the mattresses were more firm than I like.

For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. I should get money back. Some of the blinds were broken and the one bedroom window didn’t have one at all. Told the manager but no one came to install one. Nothing like the picture. Our full bed the frame was broken. The can opener should be thrown away filthy. The cleaning staff was very accommodating though. Don’t STAY THERE .

Loved our stay at this property. Very friendly staff. The apartment was actually bigger than I expected. It was quiet and only a 1 block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!
