「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「We had an amazing stay as this hotel!! The staff was amazing, room was super clean, pool was immaculate, the comp breakfast was tasty and there was so much to do just a couple blocks away which for my family was walking distance. The hotel is secure and I liked the fact that you needed your key card to enter the hotel after 10p. The parking lot is well lit and the views from our room where gorgeous. I will defiantly make this my preferred hotel of choice to book reservations when we come back to...
