「The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. 「Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...
