A nice hotel in a superb location close to the centre of Bergerac. The breakfast was very good value and had a good variety of items available. I did not have a car but there is good public parking available right outside the hotel. It is an easy walk to the train station. A refurb would be beneficial but the hotel is perfectly good as it is.

Location is quiet but close to the old town. About 10/15 mins walk from the station. Breakfast was fine. Staff were helpful and the front desk was always manned. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However room 1 is a strange layout with soarate bedroom, toilet and shower room. It was possible to hear the people next door and the noise of water in the exposed downpipe in the toilet was very loud when anyone upstairs flushed, especially at night.

the hotel is set only a few meters from the old town which is great when visiting and to find good restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helped us when we had queries. the room was spacious and the aircon great on very hot days, the addition of a small fridge was great as we stayed a few days and could leave food and drinks in it. the only down side was the swimming pool, the water was cold for a mid summer day and unfortunately the mosquitos didn't help (but this is problem almost everywhere in France now).

Comfortable pre-flight stay

Very good hotel in excellent location for easy walking access to Bergerac, including the old town. Didn’t try breakfast as had an early flight. Room was very comfortable, with aircon and fridge a godsend in 33C. Unfortunately didn’t get chance to use pool as only in Bergerac for 1 day. Note: no reception after about 9pm, but door code provided.

Simple, propre, central et efficace

Établissement bien tenu, avec un accueil chaleureux. Le plus ? La porte de séparation qui isole bien la chambre des bruité couloir, un balcon et un vrai volet ! Hotel un peu daté mais très confortable.

We needed a hotel with parking in Bergerac while we look at houses. Was surprised to find this lovely little hotel with parking outside and a pool was actually in the centre of Bergerac. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the place Gambetta which was lovely. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good value. Will definitely use again

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Got the impression that the hotel is undergoing some refurbishment as there were signs saying so although we didn't see or hear anything. Hotel is very handy for the historic centre, and has a nice quiet outdoor pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly and super convenient in the center of Bergerac. Patient friendly helpful staff endured my terrible French and was ready to help in English if needed.

We needed a cheap 1 night stay before our early flight and decided on this hotel. For the price, this hotel is a good choice. Not what i would usually choose (they've obviously done a refurb of most rooms but in the more traditional, older style) but definitely good value for money. The pool seemed to have been newly decked and looked nice! Some of the bathrooms had been newly installed and more modern, whereas my room (which had a bath) had just been “touched up”, but was bigger than others. Swings and roundabouts. The staff were really lovely, very helpful and friendly and great english (thankfully for us)! The guy even called me after my booking to confirm i definitely wanted 3 rooms (in case of a mistake) and was very helpful with my other questions. The 2 staff we met seemed to “care”, which is rare now days. Note - the room we had at the front had some noise from the Sunday market setting up early and a second room at the back was noisy next to the lift. If we had stayed for longer, this would have bothered me, but we were only there 1 night. Overall, i was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and would be a good choice for this price bracket in Bergerac! :)

A pleasant, well-furtnished hotel with large rooms with balconies overlooking a tree-lined square in the centre of Bergerac. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff very helpful.
