「Absolutely fantastic apartment in a Beautiful location, the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard, the staff were extremely helpful and always smiling! A great selection at breakfast especially the freshly made scrambled eggs. We popped down to the restaurant on a couple of evenings and the food was lovely. Nothing at all negative to say!」

「No hemos tenido queja.Sitio limpio y buena ubicación.」

「Only 5 units in this beautifully renovated palazzo. Great location. Very clean, good size rooms. First floor has a beautiful common area living room. Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!」

「I thought everything was mostly fine, the location is okay with a good number of shops around for food/drinks/snacks and it is outside the city centre so mostly very quiet through the night, but I am pretty sure my room had bed bugs; I kept getting small bites when I slept waking up to find more on my arms, legs and face, 18 in total.」

「The room was spacious and spotless. I really appreciate good coffee machine. Great stay!」
