「I would like to share my experience to help future travelers. The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. 「地段不错，价格很不错！性价比超高的！房子很大，空间感棒棒的，唯一就是卫生一般。很多东西都挺旧了！其他都很好！」

「Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough 」

「The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business. The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important 」
