"Most of the outlets were loose and would not support the iron plug for use. This made it hard to iron my close.without tripping the outlet where the ironing board was located without turning off the TV. I had to relocate the ironing board to where the leaking ceiling was located and hope the floor above my room was not using their A/C which led to my ceiling leaking in a constant dripping line, for which I had to buy drip buckets. It was reminiscent of some 3rd world country hotels I had stayed in? lol Like Costa Rica?, minus the bugs with windows of course."

"This hotel has been renovated and it’s very nice. The lighting is great! I especially liked that the sink was outside the shower room with a very long counter. Made getting ready very easy. Black out shade; bed was very comfortable."

"We loved our brief stay in the historic hotel. We stayed in room 308 which is a large corner room with a king size bed. This room is larger and easier to walk around the large furniture. Everything is clean, comfortable and welcoming for your stay. The only thing we didn’t like is the spray on the water faucet in the sink. Be careful turning on the water too hard or you will get wet and the strong spray stings. We had a fabulous dinner in the hotel restaurant. I had the beet salad and chicken and dumplings which is a large portion. Both are very unique and delicious! We enjoyed looking at all of the gorgeous furniture and wall decor that was made by students in the local college. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again in the near future."
