「The staff and the rooms were perfect for what I needed. Everyone is super friendly and easy to deal with. I did not eat breakfast there as I brought my own knowing I wanted more than just the basics but coffee and water were offered all the time which was really nice. I felt very safe as a solo traveler, and it really felt my needs as it was close to all of the Bentonville amenities」

「The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just...

「Our stay was wonderful. The room was great. I wish there was apple juice at the breakfast bar. Otherwise it was wonderful. However, we hadn’t even checked out when we went to breakfast and we came back to housekeeping, finishing the clean on our room. Must’ve been a miscommunication.」
