"We arrived around 1:30 AM after our flight was cancelled and were exhausted. When we first entered our room, it was a mess and smelled strongly of smoke. We immediately went to the front desk and reported it, as the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all and I was mortified that we could have potentially walked in on someone else or it may happen in the new room they gave us. We were moved to a new room, but then ran into more issues we couldn’t get the TV or the heat to work, so we ended up sleeping with the A/C fan on all night. The next morning, we contacted the front desk again. Maintenance came quickly and was very friendly and helpful, fixing the problem. Overall, the staff was polite and maintenance helpful, but the initial room condition and the issues with heating/TV made for a very stressful start to our stay."

"The window in our room was broken and kept falling open, the door lock was missing a screw so we had to mess with it to stay closed. The pool was ice cold so much so that we were in there for about two minutes and then got out. There was meant to be a hot tub on the premises, but it was broken and not in commission. The breakfast was pretty good overall"

"This hotel has good but not great. Bed was a little hard and air conditioning didn’t work very well. Parking was simple but overpriced through the hotel. Short walk to food and coffee. "

"The room was OK unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work. It was very hot in the room. The staff seemed to be friendly and accommodating Pool is small parents left children unsupervised why they sat the patio Otherwise the pool was clean; the area around. It was clean didn’t have breakfast or food in the hotel so cannot comment on that. The elevators really didn’t give you enough time to get on and off of them before the doors closed, but there is a warning alarm that the doors are closing, but with luggage or large groups of people it was a fight to get on the elevator before the door is closed. I would probably stay at the hotel again if I could not find another one in the area."

"The internet is more than terrible. The download speed today is 0.87 mbps other word not useable!! Funny part is the upload speed is three times as much 1.74. If I could get my money back and move to a different hotel I would!!!!!!! This is just ridiculous, having to go to a coffee shop to text and email. Telling people I can’t video chat because I am in a coffee shop to get at least internet that is useable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
