Experiência teria sido sensacional se não fosse a questão do ar condicionado ser central, ligado no quente, temperatura do quarto de 26,5 sem a possibilidade de resfriamento. Resultado, uma noite inteira acordado e com calor.

Excelente, fomos muito bem atendidos, as gurias da limpeza e os guris da da recepção são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, tanto que estendemos por mais dias! As crianças adoraram a piscina, e ter um shopping ao lado ajudou bastante!

FURADA!

Pior experiência de hotel que já tivemos em Bento. Hotel não é novo. Tem mais de 10 andares e 1 elevador apenas (lento) - o outro estava estragado e, mesmo estando cheio o hotel, não providenciaram um conserto de emergência. O quarto era EXTREMAMENTE CLARO (não tinha blackout no nosso quarto, assim, acordamos assim que amanheceu e tivemos dificuldade em dormir, por conta da iluminação da cidade - não levamos o tapa olhos). ESTAVA UNS 6ºC e NÃO TINHA sequer COBERTOR no quarto, obrigando-nos a ligar o ar quente pra não passarmos mais frio, mesmo não gostando de ar quente. A "cama de casal" era, na verdade, duas camas de solteiro unidas. Não tinha sequer controle remoto para ligar a TV (nem em motel eles retiram tal item). Café da manhã bem ok, nada surpreendente e, honestamente, tudo sem sabor (além do café estar meio frio). Enfim, não vale o preço que cobram e não pretendo mais me hospedar nele, até porque existem outros hotéis melhores na cidade, pelo mesmo valor, ou até mais barato e simples, mas com o mínimo de conforto, o que não encontramos esse hotel. Por fim, e aqui mais uma frustração pessoal, pedimos andar alto - o que sempre nos é atendido, ainda mais com a reserva feita com considerável antecedência -, e nos colocaram no 1º andar, ou seja, nada de cuidado com o hóspede!

Se puder, reserve o Dall'Onder matriz! É melhor!

Hotel com bom custo benefício. A cama King não é confortável pois trata-se de camas de solteiro unidas. Travesseiros baixos e piscina pequena para atender os hóspedes. Café da manhã bem farto, porém com alguns produtos ruins, como o pão de queijo bem artificial. Estacionamento é cobrado o valor se R$30 reais.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Em frente ao shopping L'Lamerica. Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Tem micro-ondas e fogao elétrico com mini-cozinha, não usamos. Ideal para familia. Equipe bem treinada, educada e cortês. Café-da-manha excelente, ampla variedade e iogurtes da casa da ovelha 🐑, que sao otimos! Se tivesse pelo menos um queijo de ovelha, seria surpreendente(dica). Chuveiro bom, com fluxo. Ar-condicionado, funciona bem. Cama e lencois de boa qualidade. Otimo custo benefício. Suco e espumante no hall, no final da tarde, para serem degustados(surpresa agradabilíssima). Poltrona para massagem no hall. Todos da família utilizaram e gostaram. Recomendo muito o hotel!

Bom Hotel

Foi muito boa, unica coisa o estacionamento com manobrista teve um custo de 31,00 por dia, não fui informado pela atendente no ato do check-in. e a troca do papel jogo americano da mesa de café da manhã, que é descartável não é feito a troca e é reaproveitado.
