「Clean, friendly staff, hot tub was out of service which was a bummer but is what it is. Kiddos had fun in the pool and it seemed cleaner than most hotel pools. Food from the restaurant was really good」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
