「The Parker, CO Hampton Inn & Suites was very disappointing. The door lock on the pool was broken allowing anyone to enter the pool area, which is a violation of local safety standards. The hot tub heater was broken and the pool was cloudy. Related to the hot tub, there was a loud alarm that we could hear from our room, which made it difficult to sleep. On the bright side, the front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly.」
