"Exceptional place to stay The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was fantastic—especially Mark, who brought so much energy to the poolside activities. The theater show La Fiesta Mexico was amazing, and both the buffet and show‑night food were excellent. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ceviche. As for the beach, the ocean had quite a bit of algae, but the sand was beautiful and the chair setup and accommodations were great. Overall, an exceptional place to stay."

"This hotel was amazing. My only complaint is how slippery the tiles are around the pool. My son slipped getting out of the pool and injured his leg. They should have non slip surface. Other than that hotel was amazing and staff was great. I would recommend this hotel"

"The room was not that clean when we arrived as there was kaakaa on the toilet seat. The staff spoke poor English. There was some exceptional service people at poolside only. The manager was arrogant and rude. The pools could have music but other than that, it was nice. The maintenance people were fast. The room service always forgot something also we put extra towels in the drawers only to find out that the room service took out the towels. They go through your drawers, just a warning to guests. We had no welcome package. The food was poor. Other than that it was good to have some family time."

"Room was very clean, excellent food, drinks good, spa was very good. Our buttlers Alan and Carlos were the best, very attentive and friendly. One of the best experiences celebrating our anniversary."
