"El establecimiento está renovado y bastante limpio, también es bastante moderno. Yo no entendí bien que estaba a 1km de la playa , pensé que estaba en primera línea o más cerca de 1km y como estaba lesionado no podía caminar tanto. Había que atravesar un bosque de pinos que está muy bonito pero yo necesitaba una playa cerca de fácil accceso y al no tender esto me he quedado 1 noche y me he mudado a otro hotel donde si tenia piscina y playa en primera línea. "Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. "Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti in questo hotel in occasione della maratona di Valencia. La posizione è ottima, perchè è a metà strada dal centro di Valencia e dalla città delle arti e delle scienze (partenza della maratona). Il quartiere è ricco di ristorantini e bar. Il prezzo dell'hotel per questi 3 giorni era esagerato (350 euro a notte, colazione compresa). Un prezzo onesto sarebbe al max di 100 euro a notte. Le stanze sono molto piccole. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al sesto ed ultimo piano e ci siamo trovati bene. Colazione ottima. Sino alle 22 c'è la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di caffè, the, acqua nella hall dell'hotel. Tutto perfetto. Come già detto, l'unico lato negativo è stato il prezzo, ma era nella media di tutti gli altri hotel di Valencia causa maratona (purtroppo!)"
