"Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening. The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back. Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go...

"We had booked three rooms with a forest view and requested a week in advance that the rooms be located next to each other. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the room allocation at check-in, and one of the rooms did not receive the forest view as booked. Each time we spoke with the front desk, we received different information, and it seemed our request had not been properly noted. The property itself is excellent, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the lack of consistency and process at the front desk during check-in was disappointing."
