Exceptional customer service and a very comfortable stay. The in-house restaurant is great, and views from the higher floors are good too - Request for the quieter side of the property if you're a light sleeper as one of the sides face the busy main Street with vehicle horn sounds until the wee hours.

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt MG Road. I was there meeting my parents celebrating their Anniversary. The staff are great, Kirtee, D and her team were an absolute delight to deal with. The bartenders are fantastic, and they'll pour you a nice mix. The only downside, is if you are staying there on a friday/saturday night, the music is very loud and you can hear the vibration in your room, it goes till 1am.. That is the only thing that makes me give it a 4-star ;)

There was some party they were hosting and the rooms lack sound isolation so that was a bit of a bummer because it was hard to get some sleep for a couple hours late at night. Aside from that the stay was pleasant and the restaurant was great.

The hotel as such is very nice, food was excellent, esp breakfast where we opted in. The only area was the size of the room, which is meant for a single guest rather than 2 guests. Rooms are tiny. The other factor is the door noise when guests arrive late at night, or party and return, the noise is bad. door banging can be heard on and off with every new guest returning late.
