Room is clean and comfortable. Easy fast check in. Shuttle was not offered. Was also surprised that the pool on the roof was not checked or served by the hotel staff although I am sure people book this hotel in the summer because of the rooftop place.

Can’t say enough amazing things about the hotel, location and staff! Very easy walk to different metro stations and restaurants and shops. Welcomed by a friendly and helpful

The property is children friendly so great place to stay for families. It is also close to the airport which is convenient but it is little distant from city centre, something to be aware of. It is close to Oceanarium and Science Center which are great venue for kids and great that under 8 child care in the afternoon is included.

The Staff, accommodations, and breakfast were excellent. My only negative comment is the hotel is far from the old town. Otherwise you will enjoy staying at this hotel.
