「This was exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Close to cafes and shops and a warm welcome. 」

「We had a deluxe room which was clean and spacious. Facilities in the room were very good and included a good size wardrobe, full length mirror, toiletries and kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits. Quiet location. There is a bus stop right outside the premises and is within walking distance of a retail outlet. Helpful staff.」

「A very historic old hotel with an excellent location and a 3-minute walk to the attractions you are interested in. Strangely, the parking lot downstairs is not the hamilton hotel, but its sister hotel. So drivers have to go to the paid parking lot behind the hotel. It's a little inconvenient.」

「A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌」

「We had a lovely double room with a sofa bed for our boys. The room was spacious with a lovely ensuite. Breakfast was delicious and included gluten free options. A nice climbing frame/ slide in the garden. Friendly staff.」

「Pam and Lorna are great hosts . The breakfast was amazing and the room spotless. Add to that 15 minutes walk to an awesome sandy beach it’s probably the ideal place to stay . We will be coming back , with the dog next time !」

「Beautiful house and gardens」

「The hotel looked lovely but unfortunately we didn't get to stay. Turned up to find hotels.com had not passed out booking into hotel so left with nowhere to stay in remote countryside. I'd recommend the eco lodge - staff were lovely but not hotels.com -it took almost a month to get a refund only by going via my bank's anti fraud process.」

「The place was very clean, comfortable and quiet, just 5-7 minutes walk from bus station to the hotel. The host was very friendly and welcoming, overall was 10/10 ☺️ highly recommend!」

「We stayed from 24th to 27th Aug 3 nights and didn’t realise when we booked we had stayed 10 yrs ago.Which Mark mentioned when we checked in as his Wife Kaz recognised the name. Had a lovely stay the weather was amazing, good breakfast and parking. The Seagulls were a bit annoying as they woke us at 5am but apart from that.We won’t leave it as long next time.」
