"Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Beautiful room in a perfect area. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Hotel located a 2 minute walk from the centre of the town and other bigger towns/cities are a short drive or taxi away. Would highly recommend this hotel and this town in general for anyone looking to have a quiet and relaxing holiday."

"The property was fantastic,it had all the amenities that is available ie swimming pool Sauna Turkish Bath and a SPA.The breakfast was exceptional,Apart from the above i have to mention the friendly helpful and cheerful staff at the resort"

"Beautiful property with a few buildings each have 4 floors. It’s definitely family oriented. So if u don’t like children running around, this is not for u. The hotel pool is magnificent n overlooking the red cliffs n beach. I did breakfast n dinner n it’s very very busy n huge canteen. Food selection n quality surprisingly decent. The 1 bedroom apt is nicely decorated n very clean."

"Lovely hotel with super friendly staff, the entertainment staff in particular were very good with kids. Good selection of food and plenty of sunbeds etc and when I had a minor issue the manager made a point of speaking to me personally to try to resolve. For some reason very strict about no balls / inflatables in the pool which was a real shame given it’s a family friendly hotel so there were a lot of kids there. "

"From check in to check out - our stay was excellent. The atmosphere was most pleasant which tells you it is very well managed with no grumpiness whatsoever. The location was central for all the things like restaurants, ferries, buses and railway station. Our advice is to use theses to maximise your stay particularly the beaches."

"Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Bed is great. Bathroom spacious and clean. Only issue was the functioning of the controls in sink and shower. It is not intuitive. Took me forever to figure out the shower. Also we learned that Portugal hotels require your passport info. Faro also wanted 2€ each person in cash for City Tax. Expedia should add this to the room cost. "

"Lovely resort with many amenities and a beautiful beach. The property is situated on top of a cliff and has beautiful views of the sea. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. European breakfast was wonderful and we really enjoyed Uddo, the Japanese restaurant onsite. If you like sushi, the quality at Uddo is among the best I’ve ever had. We also walked off property for 2 dinners at an Italian restaurant around the corner and were very happy with the food there also. Overall, a very enjoyable experience at the Epic Sana and we look forward to returning!"
