"Just one overnight on way across country. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Would have like a relaxing lounge area. Cafeteria food was good, no complaints but not somewhere that you would linger over a few drinks. Didn’t get to use the spa this trip, perhaps next time."

"I didnt like the stay here. i booked 3 days last min. Cus i thought it was close to city. It was sooo far away. That the uber and lyft dont come here. I realised that and cancelled 3 hrs after i booked. They was suppose to give me a refund. But didn't not for the 2 days i cancelled. The workers didnt speak english so i had to use a translator app. But the over night attendent. Helped me to figure out how to get back to city. At 2 am. Since i got there at midnight to hotel for check in. So i appreciated that he helped me."

"Lovely bed and pillows but air conditioning didn’t work so too warm to sleep well. Didn’t have breakfast at hotel. Parked in street at back of hotel to avoid garage prices. Great location. Aranjuez needs a good clean up!"

"Room was reasonably priced. Rooms were small and the bathroom was smelly. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is 20-30 min from airport. "

"Hotel was great. Quiet and convenient location. Keep in mind that it’s a €50 taxi ride. Front desk staff was NOT friendly. She was quite rude and dismissive. Did not enjoy neither of the interactions i had with her"

"Breakfast menu was limited but fresh. Our room was very very small, found it difficult to use and there were no power points or USB ports. They definitely need to i.prove but for the money I paid in comparison to all other extremely costly place, I am still giving high ratings."
