「This is the place we stay at when visiting family in Bells, Tx. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We only shower and stay the night, so it fit our need and budget. 3 of us stayed this trip. The beds were comfortable. We couldn’t use the lamp that had extra plugs in the base and we could have used it for all the cells we had to charge. We didn’t have toilet paper, but we always carry when we travel. There was 2 sets of towels for the 3 of us, but only 2 of us had showered. I’m sure...

「If I was you ALL, BUDGET INNS are 2 steps away from staying in a homeless establishment . BED was good A/C barely worked . Restroom Stool was New . Rest room Door was off hinge , No towel rack . clean towels and rag. Shower was rusted out . I'm NOT a gripper I told my wife I was sorry for putting her in such , a Dive.」

「Got to use the pool the first night we got there, but then they shut it down the rest of the week we were there because it had baby frogs in it. They have a gnat infestation on the whole second floor. They cleaned our room the second day and whatever they mopped with made our floors sticky. I asked for it to be remopped and the guy came up and said housekeeping didn’t want to waste a mop so he got down on his hands and knees with a spray bottle and rag to clean it. 「Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. 「Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit. 」
