「Nice place to stay, rooms are kinda noisy at times but overall a good place to stay」

「The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

「El hotel acogedor, bueno y las áreas limpias, lo que no me gusto: deberían limpiar las habitaciones todos los días o colocar suficientes toallas y papel sanitario en las habitaciones. Solo tuvimos una toalla por persona para toda una semana, hubo que pedir papel sanitario en dos ocasiones y el desayuno considero debería ser más temprano, todo lo demás estuvo excelente. 」

「Excelente servicio al cliente. Quisiera que los cuartos que ofrecen sean exactamente los mismos ya que las fotos son diferentes a cuando llegas y lo que te toca. Los cuartos no tienen A/C así que si nos es a descansar que vas, te vas a encontrar con calor durante el día. 」

「Everything was great. I was close to Everything I needed, restaurant supermarket nightclubs etc. The nightlife was awesome and many tourists tours are avaliable all around factory lofts. 」

「The staff were very friendly. I would say the hotel was overpriced for the quality of room that was offered. I was told the prices went up due to the bad bunny concert in the area. we spent very little time in the room anyways. Overall it was a comfortable stay. 」
