「Great customer service and an excellent location. It’s also convenient that the hotel has its own parking lot.」

「Comfortable, convenient」

「Free parking lot」

「Beautiful location, comfortable beds, wonderful shower.」

「War ok , Frühstück etwas mau」

「We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...

「Very convenient, less than 10min drive to the shopping center 」
